These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AdhiSeal website (www.adhiseal.com) and the AdhiSeal mobile application AdhiSeal Club (together, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About AdhiSeal

AdhiSeal manufactures and supplies tile fixing and related construction chemical solutions. Content on the website is provided for general information, product awareness, and enquiry purposes. AdhiSeal Club is a rewards/coupon program application intended for eligible users as defined by AdhiSeal.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries or registering on AdhiSeal Club.
• AdhiSeal Club may be limited to specific user types (e.g., installers, dealers, distributors) at AdhiSeal’s discretion.

3. Enquiries, Calls & Communications

• When you submit a form, call us, or contact us, you consent to be contacted by AdhiSeal via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email for response and support.
• We do not guarantee response times, but we aim to respond as early as possible during working hours.

4. Product Information & Technical Guidance Disclaimer

• All product information, coverage estimates, and application guidance are indicative and may vary based on surface condition, tile type, site practices, weather, and workmanship.
• Users must follow the product pack instructions and applicable standards and should consult qualified engineers/contractors for project-specific decisions.
• AdhiSeal is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect application, surface preparation, or site conditions beyond our control.

5. AdhiSeal Club – Coupons, Rewards & Redemption

AdhiSeal Club is designed to distribute and manage coupon amounts and/or reward points for eligible users. The following terms apply:

• Rewards/coupons are linked to your registered mobile number and user profile.
• Rewards/coupons may have validity periods, usage rules, and redemption limits as defined within the app or by AdhiSeal.
• AdhiSeal may require verification (OTP, basic profile details, or additional checks) to prevent fraud and misuse.
• Rewards/coupons are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by AdhiSeal in writing or in-app policy.
• Any suspected misuse (fake coupons, duplicate claims, tampering, false identity, or manipulation) may lead to cancellation of rewards and suspension/termination of account access.
• AdhiSeal reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the AdhiSeal Club program (in full or part) at any time, including changing reward values, rules, or eligibility.

6. Account Security (AdhiSeal Club)

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of OTPs and any login methods used for the app.
• You must notify AdhiSeal immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
• AdhiSeal is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep OTPs/device access secure.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services or servers.
• Upload or transmit harmful code (viruses, malware) or spam.
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or eligibility to obtain benefits or rewards.

8. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, product names, images, designs, and content on the Services belong to AdhiSeal or are used with permission.
• You may not copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute our content without written permission from AdhiSeal.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., Google Maps, social platforms). AdhiSeal is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdhiSeal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
• AdhiSeal is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (network issues, server outages, force majeure, etc.).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AdhiSeal harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

AdhiSeal may suspend or terminate access to the Services (including AdhiSeal Club accounts) if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse/fraud. You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and/or within the app. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sonipat, Haryana, India.
